"This RaceTrac is located 3 minutes from my home. I have gone 5-6 times over the past few weeks to find they are closed. A few times around 11:30 and the other 10:30. Visited agin tonight at 12:05 on a Saturday night to find they were closed again!!! The website says open 24 hours. This is ridiculous!"
"Walked up to the door at 10 PM on a Saturday night and some woman on the inside lock the door. It was the side door, so I thought they locked it maybe after 10 PM. Went around to the front and the door was locked as well. Three women were inside and they just looked at me. according to the website they’re open 24 x 7. Not sure what was up but they could’ve told me something. it is right up the street from my house and I go there quite a lot, I do like the place."
"This is at like 3 am this is how you get treated after speaking with her and she said she could only sell cigarettes and gas . And we told her we needed cigarettes, Completely acted like we were not even there. Needs to learn Customer Service and wheat bad she is a manager also.. Tighten Up RaceTrac QT isn’t that far away ."
