"If I could give this place 10 stars, then I would! My wife and I are total food snobs. We rarely eat out because we just don't see the value in it and quite frankly, we can cook better than 99% of the restaurants. Well, this is one of the 1% place we cannot cook better! We ordered the low country boil for two people for takeout. We rarely carry cash (this is a cash-only place) and had only 30$ between us. The very kind owners said "yeah that's plenty, if you can come back with the rest!" Who does that in today's society? Of course we came back with the rest of the money later that night. Now, onto the food. As I said, we did takeout and got a very heavy plastic bag of food. We got home (we were staying less than 2 mins away) and I pulled one of the plastic containers out of the bag. It was filled to the brim with incredible shrimp, sausage and a few pieces of corn and potatoes. I thought WOW what a great deal and I figured the OTHER container would have filler like corn and potatoes. So I peeked in there and nope, same thing! It was filled to the brim with the same amount of food! The shrimp were perfectly done and not overcooked. The thing that really got me was the ears of corn. Usually the corn is water logged and quite frankly, not all that tasty. However, here it was just perfect! Everything was beyond delicious! Now I'm a big eater. I rarely get my fill at a restaurant, but with this meal, we literally had 5 meals between my wife and I. It was just as good leftover cold the next day as it was the first. So in summary, probably one of the best, most friendliest places I've ever been too. Just go, you will NOT be disappointed!!!!"

"A rustic seafood shack on Cape San Blas, this place is a must stop. The gumbo is spicy, the parking lot is gravel, the ashtrays are seashells, seating is picnic tables, payment is cash, music is classic rock, and the cold beer is free."

"WOW what a great dinning experience. A No thrills enviroment option but well worth it. Eat outdoors picnic tables only with limited menu options (low country boil and gumbo). Being born in Louisiana, gumbo was spot on with rich flavor. Boil had large local shrimp from the gulf with potaotes, corn and smoked suasage. Relax and enjoy cold drinks on the house, iced down in a cooler for an cookout atmosphere. Limited hours, cash only"

"Absolutely delicious! Wonderful people who when we were short $10 told us no worries. We of course plan to take them the difference plus tip for not only being the best shrimp we’ve had our entire vacation but for just being genuinely good and kind people. We just can not rave enough about this place, you have to go!"
