"This place is the most unorganized location with employees that are completely incompetent to deal with anything for a business account. Save yourself the heartache and wasted time off going in or calling to get info about new lines or upgrades pertaining to a business account. One would think that if they were an authorized dealer for Verizon they would have at least one person on staff that would be able to do Q and A for business customers, but very apparently they do not! So just for future reference, if you’re dealing with anything pertaining to business accounts go else where!"
