"Food 80% of the time is fresh and delicious, service is a bit hurried at the food window. but the old guy is really nice and considerate at the pay window. All new wendys have great architecture and atmosphere."

"We usually go to this Wendy’s because it’s the closest one to us & it’s usually pretty good. Safe to say we won’t be returning. We pull up to the drive thru, absolutely no one is there except for one other car at the last window. When we got to the speaker- the cashier mumbled very fast and my husband couldn’t hear her, so he said “I’m sorry could you repeat that?” she said in the RUDEST tone “HOW CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER” So, we pulled off. There is absolutely NO REASON for someone to be that rude to a stranger especially when they’re getting paid to do it. I will not be giving my hard earned dollar to this place ever again. Sadly it seems we aren’t the only people to have an issue with this person."

"Went through the drive thru to get $5 bags for my family of 6 and after ordering about 4 meals the lady taking my order apparently didn't have her headset off and said "oh my god" as it was an inconvenience to do her job. Food was also cold"

"Stopped in for lunch. The line was steady from arrival until I left. They were processing orders quickly so no long wait. The soda machine was showing out on everything. The lady behind the counter said she would replace them out when the dining area cleared. That’s not going to happen during lunch hour. Never got changed while I was there. Should have just started filling drinks from the back or at least offering to do that knowing it was out of everything."
