"I ordered a sour cream and chives baked potato and they just put a baked potato (uncut) in the box with chives on the outside. I’m not mad just kinda confused. Also out of the spicy nuggets which kinda sucked. :("
"Don’t come to this location and don’t order from here the quality is terrible! I have made several delivery orders and several times they have gotten my orders wrong or missing items. Food quality is terrible, burgers are dry, nuggets were uncooked and I recently ordered 2 large chocolate Frostys and the cup was only half full. I tried calling them and got hanged up on. Avoid the risk of getting any food borne illness and wasting money."

"I tried to go through the drive through a little before 6pm on 12-13-23. No one answered so after 5 minutes and a drive through line backing up around 2 full sides of the building I decided to go in as surely there is just a problem with the speaker. As I walk in there were no less than 8 employees goofing off. Not one of them acknowledged the 5 people who just walked in even though we were right in front of them for at least 2 minutes. Then it was only to say it was shift change and to giggle amonst each other like a bunch of stoned teenagers. Sad part is half of them weren't even teenagers. I'm assuming atleast one was supposed to be a manager. There was one person we could see making hamburgers in the back. Granted she had no gloves on as she put some poor persons hamburger together. They had absolutely no shame and didn't care that we all walked back out the door while they continued joking."
"I went to the South College Street location for a bowl of Chilli and a small fry. The fries were good and fresh. However, my bowl of Chilli seemed to be thrown together. Some of the beans were too firm, as if someone just added them to the cup to make it seem full. Needless to say, after two spoons of this, I poured it out. I won't purchase it from this store again. All they had to say is that they were out of it, or had to cook more. Poor customer service on this day!!!"
