"Went there last night for an event they had to support CARE Humane Society. The atmosphere is great! The staff and drinks were top notch! Had a great time the previous times we've been there. Would recommend if you are looking for a more laid back atmosphere even when they are busy."
"I am a frequent customer at Avondale and Ted the bartender is one the worst bar tenders l've ever encountered. Very rude and terrible customer service. I tried to be considerate and give him grace but I have had 3 bad encounters with him.. I just hope this issue can be resolved. I really do enjoy this place but I would like some decent service."
"Ever since Avondale opened up it's one of my go to spots in Auburn when I am back in town. They typically have a good selection of local/regional beers and their cocktails are great too. It's nice that it's centrally located but since it's upstairs you get a little more cozy of a feel. Lots of space for clandestine meetings or just hanging with friends and really good vibes too."

"Visited after an Auburn football home game on a busy Saturday evening and bar service was running pretty smoothly. Well staffed to accommodate a decent sized crowd. Seating was limited, so be prepared to stand if no seats are available. Booths and other various seating options throughout the upstairs. I’ve noticed other comments regarding the bar staff, and did see some similarities in my recent experience. I will say they were very busy, so conversation & friendliness with some guests didn’t seem to hit the mark. Overall, a nice cozy place to grab fancy drinks in Auburn!"
