"I initially brought in a big order of shirts to get embroidered for my company & had an additional 5 shirts to bring in to get embroidered with the same logo a couple weeks later. I emailed them telling them I had 5 more shirts to bring in and never got a response so I drove to their location only for them to tell me they never received my email & I didn't meet their order minimum & the only way I could get them embroidered was to pay the order minimum of 22 shirts. Not to mention a logo was completely crooked on 1 of my shirts in the first order and some of the embroidered logos did not look the same & I was still going to bring more shirts for them to embroider. It's a bit disappointing to treat returning customers this way."
