"I went to buy a hat for my son and the clerk goes to hand me a keypad to type in my email address and says “your email”. He didn’t say “can I have your email please?” He just went to hand me the pad. I said I don’t have one. I get enough spam in my inbox. I don’t need more. Instead of dropping it, he looks at me and says, “Really? That’s the best you can come up with?? He looks at the other clerk and says “Give her the face”. Then the other clerk gives me a dirty look. And he looks back at me and says “Really?, in this day and age you don’t have an email address,…REALLY?! I was so shocked I didn’t say anything. And he KEPT talking and laughing about it!! That’s how you treat a customer??! will NEVER go back in there."

"If I could give this store zero stars I would. My fiancee', son and I walked to the doors at 8:25p planning to spend at least $100 in there buying a couple hats, if not more. The doors were locked and the group of employees stood around the registers looking at us and then went back to talking and laughing. We knocked a couple of times and no one came to the door. The store closes at 9:00p and we had 35 minutes to shop. Absolutely disrespectful."

"My husband and I just left this store. As we walked in, the guy who I assume to be the manager (he had a nose piercing) was talking to another young man. Neither spoke. As we walked around the store, two other guys walked in. He, the manager, spoke to both as they entered and even noted to them that the hats were buy one, get one half. We left without being acknowledged at all. Thanks, but no thanks bruh."

"My son and I visited Lids today in Locust Grove. One of the associate went out the way to assist my son with looking for a Chicago hat. I didn't get her name. But she provided great customer services and she was very personable."
