"All that leather smells pretty good. I was there for hat shaping. Staff was extra friendly and helpful. I came out with a better shape hat. Shape is holding well. Plenty selection of workboots and traditional slip on leather boots."
"Me and my family went in there 12/29/23 and while the store looked amazing the customer service was horrible. I was looking at some boots and had an employee walk past me 5 times and never once asked if I needed any help. When I found the boots I wanted I asked if they had any others due to one being a completely different color. All I was told was no and she never went to check. I ended up ordering the same boots from another store and was a little cheaper. If you’re going to run a business you to have great customer service to assist the customers. I would not recommend. This was the Columbus ga store."
"Online ordering is hot garbage. They will take your money and not even have the product you need, then email you "hey we cancelled your order". I guess their instore inventory is non existent."

"This place is a western styled persons dream! Beautiful things everywhere! Along with the western charm comes a big price. Most everything is top dollar $$$. If its you're style, you can easily spend an hour in here just looking around. It's a great place to get good quality outdoor work gear (steel toed boots, overalls, reflective jackets, etc..) Lots of rodeo worthy clothing, flashy, southern outfits. Beware the front counter is pushy with signing up for cards, rewards programs etc. That's one of my biggest pet peeves... I know its a part of the sales system but some places are worse than others and this one didn't like to take "No thank you" for an answer."
