"I have used Gills for years. My most recent repair was a jacket. A much loved jacket that I just passed down to my kid. The chest zipper had come undone. It was thermally glued, and the glue failed. It was a tight spot on the chest pocket. A few days after I dropped it off, I picked up the much loved jacket, and it was perfectly repaired. It was not expensive. The same jacket, I had just sent to Seattle for repairs (to an excellent shop) but I didn't want to ship it back this time, and though a tight repair, it was a small repair, and I trust Gills to do this small job. I have also had dresses repaired, pants hemmed, pants and shirts taken in and let out. The most complicated was to let pants out. They were able to take from the legs somehow and let the pants out 2" wider. I will forever go here."

"If you have a massive wedding dress that needs alterations this is the place to go. Many places will try to charge you the price of another dress. They were reasonably priced, and they don't make you jump through a lot of hoops to get you on the schedule for alterations. I'm so happy I found this place my dress alterations were perfect!"
"I want to say that Gill’s Alterations saved my wedding! My wedding is coming up on December 19th, and long story short I had a dress alterations nightmare at David’s Bridal. I ended up buying a new dress and I took it to Sandy at Gill’s Alterations with less than a month to spare. The price was affordable and she knew exactly what needed to be done. I didn’t feel like she kept trying to add things on like at DB. And to top it off it was complete in a little over two weeks. I can’t wait to marry my fiancé and I feel amazing in this dress. (Side note - brown hair photos are before, blondish hair is after - we hemmed the bottom, took up the sleeves, and quite a bit off the shoulders and back.) I highly recommend Sandy for bridal alterations and I’d take anything else I need altered to her."
