"Kevin helped me get a nice shirt for a wedding I was running late to. Also helped me get some undershirts for it, steam the shirt so it was nice for the wedding, and fold a handkerchief for my suit pocket. Super nice touch and great service. Thanks for getting my ready for the wedding!"

"I have shopped at this location many times before but I’ve never felt invisible before. After walking around for nearly 10min. looking for a shirt, I finally asked for help then my request was differed to a different sales person who reluctantly walked away from his computer begrudgingly to help me. I was halfway through my question when he interrupted and pointed me towards the shelves…if he had let me finish my question he wouldn’t have done so… I can read signage and I’m not color blind; I didn’t need your help to show me what I’ve already seen! Then he just walked away!! His body language alone was enough for me to walk away when he initially came to “help” me. This store needs serious customer service training. There were 3 sales people on the floor and only myself and a couple in the store! I will not beg you for service when I’m spending money in your store. Extremely disappointed! Do better."

"I wish I could give less than zero . I will, because I have come more than once to shop, but no one wanted to help me. Last time, I bought an existing suit, so they took my measurements, after which they called me. They are ready, but I have to re-take new sizes for the pants . Taylor just doesn't want to do his job he wants to sell another one for twice the price to me he keep give some excise"
