"I had a great experience with Big Frog Marietta. I placed an order early Feb and was hoping to have my order ready for pick up in enough time to ship it for V-day to my dad. There was a change due to the original colored shirt I wanted not being available. They informed and showed me another option, but I wasn't 100% in love with the new option but at that point I just wanted to have the shirt completed in time. Long story short, they surprised me when I went in to pick up my order. Not only were they proactive and fixed the issue by having a second shirt made, they did not charge me and allowed me to keep both shirts. The icing on the cake was that even thought it was ready the day before V-day, I was able take it straight over to fed ex and overnight it to my dad. He opened it on V-day and LOVED it. They made me feel like they cared for me on a personal level and was intentional on avoiding a dissatisfied customer. I still will continue to support Big Frog due to their amazing skills and now I can add their caring customer service."
