"I ordered a sweet tea and was given a pouch with sweet tea in it instead of a cup of ice. The milkshake I ordered was spilling out of the cup. So I called to ask the manager, what happen. She was so rude and I just hung up on her."
"Went in to jacks Slocomb,Al cashiers were very courteous and very busy! Manager on duty was VERY RUDE towards the kids working and didn’t care about the customers being there! Very rude and unprofessional and I asked a cashier for her name and they told me it was Bridgette! Whoever hired her should really take in reconsideration of her position!"
"I worked at Jack-in-the-Box as a teen. The food is just as good as back then. Service is friendly. I was met with a smile and she had someone help me push my car to the side since it died again."
"The so called chicken nuggets were so small they should've been called popcorn chicken. The fries were only a palm full. I paid almost $10 for a meal that was fit for a child.i only saw the portion after I paid for it and weny to the car. I was totally disgusted by the food I received and the price .I returned it immediately and requested my money back. The manager was nice about it and refunded me without question. ."
