"So everytime we come here there’s always an issue being able to even get food. when we do get the donuts it’s usually phenomenal but i came yesterday to get donuts for my birthday and google says they close at 10, but they said they closed at 9. whatever no big deal. but i came back today and went inside to get donuts and nobody wants to come to the front, to the point the customers in front of me are just walking out. i understand sometimes it gets busy but it’s like this every single time we come to this location it’s absolutely freaking ridiculous."

"Going when the HOT sign is on makes a big difference in the doughnuts. Got them hot and were really good, melt in your mouth. Service was quick in and out, only 1 other person in line at that time helped. My only negative is the high price of all the doughnut options."

"I consistently go to this Krispy kreme and think to myself why did I come here? Obviously it's for the donuts. I always order something simple and today was 2 dozen glazed and a black coffee. There was 1 person in front of me in the drive through Yet it took nearly 10 minutes for this simple order. I left the coffee in the cup holder of my truck to cool off And when I picked it up to drink it the cup was saggy and the lid wasn't put on properly so I got coffee all over my white shirt on the way to work. My cup holder is also full of coffee. I am not a person who gets online and shreds people as a regular measure and if you look at the balance of my reviews there's a ton of 5 Stars. I have given this location multiple chances and rarely left feeling good. This is prime real estate on Georgia 20 by the mall attached to the Sam's Club parking lot and I guarantee that as a former business owner I could greatly increase this company's efficiency online reputation and overall revenue. Generously giving 2 stars instead of one because of donuts."

"Let me just say, I have to drive 30 minutes to get to my nearest Krispy Kreme. We were excited to try the new pumpkin menu and my fiancé and I got a frozen pumpkin spice latte, and an iced pumpkin coffee. His frozen latte was good but very icy, and my iced coffee tasted BURNT. I’m not a coffee connoisseur by any means but I know it shouldn’t taste burnt. Then there’s the donuts; we ordered a dozen of the pumpkin variety and were supposed to get a dozen free because of a promotion. We only got the pumpkin ones, no big deal, but then the latte swirl ones looked disappointing and they were hard. The glazed and cake donuts tasted good but nothing like pumpkin. And the cheesecake one? NOT. EVEN. FILLED. It was basically a plain glazed donut! I was so upset because we drove to this location JUST for the pumpkin menu and we were very disappointed. Definitely won’t come here again."
