"The prices are very high and the quality has diminished. I used to enjoy this place but the quality sucks. They don’t put enough cream cheese anymore. They don’t toast the bagels enough and seems like they are rushing the process. I would recommend this place anymore."
"Extremely high prices, I.e., $2.79 for a Dixie cup size cup of plain coffee. Bagel with bacon and egg was almost $7 and egg was thin and bacon even thinner. Probably won’t be back. But restaurant was clean and staff seemed nice. Food prepared fast."
"I would give them 0 if I could. The customer serivce is lacking. They wear airpods while working, the cant ever pay attention to getting the order correct. As a cashier, you’re supposed to speak to the customer with respect and to where they can hear you.. everytime i’ve come here they just do a poor job. Better employees are needed."
"I wish I could give negative stars due to my recent experience. I went into the establishment and got into the line and waited for my turn, which is normal. Then, I get up the the register, then out of nowhere a random white man comes up and starts ordering food and I said "Excuse me?" Then, the girl (who was a black woman) continued to get the man's order. I turned around to see if anyone saw what was going on, but it was as if no one cared. I, as a black person am ashamed that I even ordered food, but it will be my last time ordering food from this establishment. I will not go any where that I am not accepted and or treated with disrespect. Then to top it off it took a long time to get my food. Never will go to any of the Einstein Bros. Bagels anymore until they prove they care for their black customers."
