"Early Saturday morning the software at the pumps was buggy in the most annoying ways, each one slightly different from the others, which meant almost all of them would not accept payment to get the process going. It was Russian Roulette with 8 out of 9 empty chambers. I finally drove away unsatisfied after more failures than I should have tolerated. They should have closed the station until they fixed the problem. The attendant was not helpful."

"The pumps at this Chevron gas station have not accepted Chevron Advantage credit cards for many months now. The indoor process is very inconvenient when raining and for handicap people such as myself. I have complained, but no one seems to care. HANDICAP LIVES MATTER TOO."
