"This location seems like a goldmine for any business owner, however... Came here 3 times at around 1 am. First time, a few people hanging out, a few people coming in and out. The staff didn't seem friendly (understandably probably end of shift etc), no donuts or roller items (understandably this is the time they clear it out and later setup for morning). The second time I came by there's a sign on the door saying they're closed due to staffing (common if someone calls out and for safety reasons). So I leave disappointed. The third time I come by, no note on the door, front door locked, and the same employee as last time doing something behind the counter. (Now I'm just sad that I can't go into my favorite overnight spot when I gotta work.) This a well designed location that could be doing sooo much more business if it were more consistent (-ly open). I didn't go there 3 days in a row but within a week. It's a nice location that I wish I could see during the day. If you have consistent services offered (being open etc), you will have consistent customers. This location is better than the QT around the corner, but they're always open. Racetrac also looks more inviting than that small QT. So not only am I sad that I can't go in, I have to go to a competitor that I don't care for just because I know they're open."
"This RaceTrac is much more than a place to fill your tank up with gas. Open 24/7, this gas station offers the typical roller hot dogs, coffee, and fountain drinks, and they also have frozen yogurt and ice cream with toppings, freshly made breakfast sandwiches, and a beer cave. The station is well-lit and safe, located across the street from the Alpharetta Police Station. The employees are always friendly and efficient. They have an app, which includes a loyalty program."
