"I received the worse, most unwelcoming and unpleasant customer service ever by an employee named Michael at the Quik Trip at 5861 Fairburn Rd. Michael act like he could barely open his mouth. He did not speak to anyone upon them entering the store. He made it seem as if he really didn’t want anyone in the store at the time…. While driving for Lyft, I often stop at QTs to take a break. While at this location I chose to purchase some scratch off/lotto tickets. Initially I was scratching the tickets in my car, but being that I kept winning a few dollars/free tickets, I just moved over to the side to scratch the tickets so that I am already inside to cash them in being that it was really cold out and late night. Michael acted as if he was tired of me buying more lottery tickets. I post lots & lots of great reviews for businesses when they provide great customer service, but I also post when the customer service sucks! Michael on the late night shift customer service is terrible."
"It's a new store so it wasn't busy, the staff were friendly and the store was clean. Which is to be expected from a newly open store. Overall it was a good first visit to this store."
