"From Door dash driver: I hate to give this store 2 stars as the employees I usually run into at this time of night (11p.m) are usual kind and do their Job. But tonight there were other workers there that refused to pull items that the customer request tostes me a bag and told ME to go get the items. When I pick up from this store often and order is usually pulled by the time I arrive it's not my job to go get items,"
"I am a daily customer, I buy gasoline and convenience items daily, I like it but they have an employee who treated me very badly, she treated me racistly without any justification; They should try to ensure that their employees are professional and not rude."
"This Racetrac is not 24hours they are always closed around 10 and 11 pm for no reason there are multiple employees in the store on the phones and pretending to work. The always panhandlers and homeless people around the the store begging everyday. The gas pumps are dirty around the outside of the store in dirty and the bathroom are filthy."
"I just want to praise Hydalia! She is one of the sweetest people you’d ever want to meet and very helpful! She was great at helping me concoct the perfect iced coffee I was looking for. Most retail stores don’t give you that kind of service and most employees won’t take the time to really listen or care about what you want. Thank you girl, I’m in there a lot and I look forward to seeing your smiling face again soon!"
"Must me a fun place to work. Workers sitting on self check out kiosk playing on phone. Playing loud personal music from a speaker. Cashier and the guy sitting on the kiosk talking back and forth not even give 50% attention to any guest in the building. Rang up my items never told me a total never acknowledged me. Didn’t offer to bag my items. But had a full on conversation with the other employees about what they say on their phone and how cool that was. This was a busy time around 8:00am Monday morning and while I don’t expect much my receipt, items bagged and verbalized my total would have been nice."
