"Ordered an Iced Cappuccino on 02/04/2023 around 7:30 pm and what I got is like a smoothie or a frozen drink. I asked them to make it again and still the same result. For years, at any Dunkin, I get the same drink and the inconsistency is mind boggling. I seriously question their training. I don’t want to pay that price if you keep doing a terrible job. The store looks nice and so far staff has been friendly, but come on you gotta do your drinks the right way."
"Ladies here were very nice, welcoming. Newer location, just built. Clean, parking layout different, due to location, but plenty of spaces, be careful at entrance, entrance for other establishments when driving up. Seems a little smaller inside, than other locations, not enough plug receptacles for electronics, I was there waiting for a friend's oral surgery to be completed at nearby dental office. Windows need antiglare to filter out sunshine or rearrange setup of tables inside, maybe turn sideways. Good location, can get EXTREMELY busy on Capital Circle, so drive with caution."
"Been to dunkins all over the country and in tallahassee and have never been refused my usual morning breakfast. This place is a first. So sad. Had to get an entire refund. I have contacted corporate. I will provide an update when the regional manager returns my call"
"The customer service is extremely poor, no one seems to know what they are doing and the manager is overly aggressive when asked about my order. Yhe lines are consistently long. I requested a refund and the manager refused to return my money and became hostile"
