Dunkin'

"I would give this place negative Stars if I could. I ordered online and when I got there they told me that almost everything that I ordered was out. So I waited 20 minutes even after I had ordered it just to pick it up and the person and drive-thru was so rude as if it's my fault that he works there. Don't go to this Dunkin donuts ever, just go to the one on North Monroe."

"the only thing that is constant about this dunkin is that the service is always going to be terrible. i always try to give this dunkin another chance but i get met with rude workers and very low quality food. they are either out of what i need and rude to me about it or they make my order wrong and are rude about it. there is zero customer service and the people who work here simply just don't care. i get its fast food and my standards are not high but it's just that they don't even meet the simple necessities needed to provide simple food service. this dunkin honestly needs entirely new management and employment or it just needs to close."

"My iced Coffee is never made how I asked for it to be made. I’d rather go to north monroe Dunkin donut. They never miss or make a mistake and they take their time. Speed isn’t always everything. I’ll never return to Tennessee st again. Waist of money."

"I went to Dunkin and the employees were inside behind the counter. I pulled on the door, but it was locked. Neither employee said anything nor motioned. I then went to drive thru, no one ever came to the speaker to take my order. The signage states they are open until 8pm and it was only 7:21 at my time of arrival. If they are going to close or their closing time has changed, they should put signage on the door. It also would have been beneficial if one of the employees I said they were closed."

"This is the single most garbage Dunkin’ I’ve ever went to. There was a homeless man laying outside on the ground and I contemplated leaving, but like an idiot, I didn’t. It took 20 minutes just for one person to actually ring my order up, which, prior to this, they walked past the counter over 5 times. I began to order, and just by how the individual looked ordering, I knew they were going to butcher my order as they could barely read the screen and utter their words fully. I ordered a large “cold brew” with cream and sugar and they gave me utter garbage. There was no cold brew in my cup and there was no cold foam nor any of the topping I ordered, just cream and sugar (refer to the picture). Heck, they didn’t even do the decency of putting the poorly mixed components in the right cup. This has to be the most garbage service Ive ever received at any coffee place. Outside of the garbage employees and the loitering homeless people, it took them another 45 minutes to get through a drive through line of 4 people. I don’t know what kind of a circus the owner and manager are running, but it is baffling how they manage to consistently serve people piss in a cup passed off as coffee and remain in business."
