"I ordered a smoothie and wrap combo, this is the same wrap and smoothie combo that I order frequently from the tropical smoothie by my house and when I say this was by far one of the worst wraps and smoothies I have gotten it’s not an understatement. My smoothie was missing ingredients and so was the wrap. I tried to call the store about 5-6 times with absolutely no answer. I hate leaving negative reviews but at some point it’s the only option when you can’t get anyone to answer a phone. I’ll be ordering from a different location moving forward."
"One of the worst experiences I ever had with tropical cafe . I order on door dash on 1/05/24 around 5:00 pm . Who ever is working that night shift sucks. Watery smoothie . Food is completely a mess , watery and falling apart from a chicken creaser wrap. Another time I came to get a veggie wrap the whole staff said they didn’t know how to make it . Terrible service. I don’t know what’s up with this location."
"I’ve never really thought the food here would be as good as it was, but I tried the new chicken chorizo and it was delicious especially with the pineapple sauce. The kale and carrot coleslaw were good surprisingly. They’re usually pretty decent with time, but this location is smaller."
