"Convenient location in our neighborhood. Unfortunately, so many mom's bring their children in and let them run wild. It's a coffee shop, not a daycare/playground. Kinda wish the employees were able to kick them outside. Hours listed online are incorrect. Nice to stop by when I get a chance, but the hours are frustrating when most folks work during their business hours. This store also doesn't participate in Starbucks Rewards, which isn't stated anywhere. The employees are usually chatting amongst one another or eating at the register. The manager is usually seen on her phone. They often don't have the ingredients for non-coffee drinks. All-in-all, I have to drive to the Starbucks in the PX to get professional service."
