"Told me to order at the kiosk when I walked in, did what they asked, and then they completely lost my order while the kiosk wasn’t printing receipts. Took them 23 minutes to realize they’d lost an order, and another 15 to get it together. Not a complex order, two kids meals and a regular combo. Didn’t give me the cups for my drinks until I asked for them 25 minutes into waiting. Management yelling across the store at employees every time you walk in the building. No offer to comp the meal or a cookie for the wait or anything. 40 minutes is unacceptable, coming from someone who’s been in restaurant management for 5 years. The one girl that was nice and polite looked to be in about high school, everyone else in that building has an attitude and does not care."
"I witnessed an employee be extremely rude and argumentative with a customer over not getting enough fries with their order and when she went to ring him up for the fries, she coughed an attitude telling him the price. Though it wasn’t directed towards me, I felt bad the guy. No on should be treated like that"
"This McDonald's is so clean & neat! Service was very good. Placed order at kiosk, food delivered right to table. Chicken biscuit needed to be baked more; chicken tasted old & leftover. Hashbrowns could have been cooked a little more. Was surprised that they charge 30 cents for tap water. Assume that's payment for the cup."
"I work in Auburn occasionally and decided to stop in at your opelika road location closest to the mall and the store was nasty. The cashier never said can I help you, thank you and acted like she didn’t even want to reach out and hand me my receipt. I work in the hospitality field and this was the worst service I have ever experienced. They need to clean up that restaurant and try to hire some smiling faces."
"Ordered the two cheeseburger meal, 20 minutes after they started serving lunch. Buns on both are hard almost stale and burgers were room temp at best. The doctor is flat and taste like syrup, fries are so salty they are inedible."
