"Every time I've been to this place I always try and come after or way before I ever have somewhere else to be. The last time I was there I waited over 40 minutes to get my order. I was the first and only person in line at the time when I had ordered. Even though their coffee is good, it's not worth the wait unless you plan to be there for an hour or more. The servers are nice, but come off as very inattentive. I come to Ross House more out of the convenience of location, but I always end up regretting it because it's not a convenient coffee shop where you can just be there for a little bit or grab-and-go. Also, I have seen several flies in the pastry display, which is not great to see. The place has lots of seating which is wonderful at least."
"Excellent place to get coffee and other gourmet bakery items. There are 3 locations to choose from in Auburn, AL and I have only had a great experience at all of them. One location is on Ross Street, the other location is in Midtown Plaza off of Opelika Road and the third location is on Magnolia Avenue close to downtown Auburn. Perfect place to enjoy friends, bible studies or a place to relax and study. Highly recommend this precious coffee shop."
"Great coffee house to hang out with friends or get some work done. Really beautiful location in a renovated house, has a very local cultural feel. Coffee is great, they are in the process of creating a local roast, always friendly service, very convenient to campus but off the main trail enough to be a quiet reprieve from the noise around College Street."
