"Got boba and a dessert delivered and it was packaged so neatly and clean. I got a chance to stop by in person as well and the store itself is cute and inviting. My taro drink was so delicious and the cup is nice also. And their dessert was really good too. Definitely give them a try if you’re into boba drinks."
"Better drinks and better customer service across the street. I tried this place for the first time on Wednesday around noon on 12/20 and the cashier looked like she was forced to be there. If you don’t like your job, please stay home, why bother to be there? She kept a straight face and no smile or hello. I asked for a Mango breeze and ask if I can adjust sweetness level and if the drink is like a smoothie. Apparently it was my first time there. Instead of answering nicely, she said “what sweetness level do you want?”,”it’s a slush”. Moreover, I asked for “half sweet” and when I started drinking (on the way home) it was regular sweet. It was too sweet and did not even have mango taste. I wanted to turn around but my kids were waiting for me at home and who knows if going back was worth it. She seemed like she wanted to make everybody have a bad day cause I noticed she treated the ones after me with the same altitude. The shop was not even busy. And their drinks are nothing more special than other shops. What a waste of my time and money!"
"We came in at night so literally no one was there, they took our order and it came out pretty quick. There's a sofa on the very back. Stayed for about an hour, pretty comfy and chill to study. Charging ports available on most seats. Place is clean, good lighting. Catchy kpop songs on loop. Strawberry overload is a good choice if u like something fruity."
"Very clean store. Staff was lovely. The cake was dry. The black milk tea was just not tasty, the milk flavor overpowered the tea. The slush was just okay."
"I’ve heard about Feng Cha many times (all good things) and I’ve been trying to visit for a very long time and finally had the chance to. The hubby joined me and he was feeling something fruity so he ordered the Strawberry Breeze that comes with lychee jelly and he loved it. He also added boba and it was even better. For me, I ordered the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba and my oh my. It was SO good!! We also tried the Oreo cake and it was prefect. So creamy!! The store is so clean and the staff very knowledgeable and helped us pick what we wanted. They asked sweetness levels which is always a plus. We’ll be back!!"
