"My mother in law order from Lisa charm website and the address is the same as this boutique. However they didn't send her the right product then tries to tell her she had two orders when she didn't. These ppl are scamming ppl and the bras are not the correct size. You can't talk directly to anyone customer service is basically non existent. Buyer beware. If I could rate this place it would be a ZERO."
"Only one 1 star because I did get a product but there is no way to get a replacement, refund, etc. Their only connection is through a number you that tells you to leave a message but hangs up on you. I just wanted to get a different size but now I want nothing to do with them. The shop I used was Ivy. I’m sure they use different names."
"Wear a 42 DDD bra they told me order a 3X. But these ARE Way way too small. These cup sizes are B cups at best. Ordered June 3rd came July 12. Way after I expected them. Came while already gone on vacation. Had to shop for new bras before vacation at brick and mortar. tried to cancel two weeks after waiting. Was told Brad are great just wait and see. And said already shipping. But still took over two weeks. These will never support large busted women. Now trying to get my money back No one answers the phone. My hands are small. Notice the remote for size comparison. Cup about size of navel orange. For a 3X. I wish they’d pass a law ! tell you it’s from china. China doesn’t have a clue for US sizes. Hopefully they will answer the phone or email. You also are stuck paying return shipping. What a disappointment. Never again! Also seams in front of bras. Not good for T-shirt’s. It’s T-shirt like fabric. Not high quality."
