"Customer service at this location is terrible. Asked to sub a different drink since first drink was terrible. Older ladies speaking under their breath amongst each other about me right in front of my face. It seems like the seasoned workers need to be trained on their professionalism/ customer service skills. If they do not like serving customers maybe they should think about another profession that isn’t customer facing !"
"My girlfriend ordered a glass of water for nearly $10, but was not served well. The attitude of the employee at the counter who gave water to customers was very bad and seemed to look down on and discriminate against Asians. The lady waiter also talk with my friend will never do it for the next time. Why she has attitude with the customer like this? The lady waiter only take the order and follow the recipe but why she has attitude too bad?"
"This Starbucks is a little different and for a good reason. If you order online and find that your order is not ready after reaching the store, the employees politely enquire about order and start making the drink right away. This is in sharp contrast to the other Starbucks stores in the area where baristas continue to prepare drinks in the order they were received despite the customers who placed the orders not present at the store. This inevitably delays people who are already at the store to pick up their online order but end up waiting since their orders are further down the queue and the baristas are preparing drinks for customers who have not arrived."
"Such a relaxing and friendly place. Good music delish goodies and great wifi study spot. Can be quite busy at times but the workers are always respectful."
"Fast and friendly service even though there i could see only three employees. Could explain why the seating area was neglected. Trash bins were overflowing, floors needed a simple sweeping, and accessories were in disarray. The lobby wasn't too busy so the condition of it was kinda disappointing. However, I am sympathetic for those who work in the service industry and it wasn't terribly neglected. Just a little walkthrough would have made a difference. This spilled over into the restrooms as well. I know we all hate maintaining those but it has to be done. Like I said, it's the little things."
