"Every time I have gone to this Starbucks, there has been an issue with it. Twice I have gone and they ran out of ice both times and couldn't order the drink I liked. This is the 3rd time I have gone within a month and this time, the blender wasn't working. I would not recommend going to this Starbucks because of the consistency of issues that seem to occur here. Maybe it's because it's inside the Kroger and not a separate chain, but this Starbucks is not up to par with the rest of the Starbucks I have been to."
"I am a regular customer at this location. However I am not very satisfied with the service over here Couple of issues I have faced over here are: 1) When I order caramel Frappuccino -every time the lady says they do not have that item 2) Same goes with white chocolate Mocha order too. 3) Also when we take multiple items and request for a coffee carrier /tray the lady will mention that they do not have any even though I could see that they are available. 4) they don’t give us hot cup holders for hot beverages. I faced this issue multiple times in this same location."
