"I understand that they get busy for breakfast, but the guy calling out the beverage orders may need another position. He either didn't know how to pronounce my name or didn't understand the how it was spelled. He called out my drink order and I responded. There was an order called out after mine & the guest took awhile to get it. The guy didn't have a friendly response to her either. The rest of the team was very friendly & welcoming. Maybe this guy just needs another position or needed a break."
"I called yesterday about pre ordering on-line and pick up time. Emily was so helpful and gave me information that made it easy to do. My husband picked up my order today and it was perfect. 2 dozen nicely boxed with 4 smears which were going to my church for a meeting. He also picked up an additional order for us. Emily, once again, helped with our order to our complete satisfaction. It has been a most pleasant experience and this location will definitely be our place for bagels!"
"We had a farm house on a green chile bagel and an All Nighter on a jalapeño bagel, both toasted! It was pretty good. The Apple Cinnamon bagel with creams cheese and coffee is one of my favorite sweet… dessert type of bagel treat!"
"The customer service was good. we arrived and there were only two people already eating. We ordered our sandwich expecting something similar to the picture. We waited about 30 minutes for our sandwiches for them to be kind of cold and with just a little bit of brisket. For almost $9.00 each. The bag was up on the counter for a while but they never called us so we didn’t think it was ours. The sandwich was alright for the reason being that there was little amount of brisket and it was cold."
