"The barista was nice and friendly towards the customers before me, but I didn't like how both the customers and the barista were talking loudly and being negative about people working in deliveries. They acted like they were in high school, and it was disgusting. When it was my turn to order, her attitude completely changed. Suddenly, the vibe felt completely hostile and negative. I don't know if she's hostile towards all Japanese people, but it's not okay."
