"I came here to get inventory for my shop. For one the bag I had was open and the lady told me that it was fine. Secondly, one of the items I bought had a big hole in it and the rest of the outfit either had a stain on it or it look worn out like they were used before."

"This company charges EXCESSIVE rates for shipping. I ordered 3 items from them, they shipped through UPS in a small box weighing under 3 lbs & they charged me $30 for shipping. I have ordered way more from them, & wasn't charged as much. I would be careful & get shipping quotes at the time the order is placed. When I asked them why I was charged more for less 1 state away, they could not provide me with a definitive answer. So that will be my last time doing business with Nova Brand Apparel, it's just not worth it. EDIT:::: It doesn't matter what your response is. I took the little box back to have it weighed and shipped back to you at UPS just to see what they would charge me. I was told $12 to ship it back to you so there's NO WAY it cost $30 to ship it to me. Honest business goes a long way. You guys were very shady. I'd advise ppl get shipping info at the time of order. I've order 15 lbs of clothing from Chicago and it cost $18.00. Stop trying to get over on the very ppl that make your business. It's disgraceful."
