"Staff was really rude. Came in bought my drink sat down. Met a friend and one of the staff members started scooting the chairs loudly. Came over and told us we needed to leave bc they were closed. It was 7:30. On the sign it said 8 o’clock. Kicked us out. I am a paying customer."
"Not very helpful at this starbucks. No one greets, they stand there in a group 5 behind the counter and stare at you. Don't you love walking up to a counter to order and they just stare, ask them a question and still just stare. The most Awkward Starbucks encounter ever. Waited 15 minutes for one drink in an empty starbucks with barely any customers, not even in drive thru. Asked where the straw was since I wasn't given one with my drink and they stared for a bit, no response, so i excused myself again and asked, before the guy who took my order finally pointed in a direction, although there weren't straws there.... It is a good size starbucks that needs some rearranging to make it more welcoming. Along with needing associates who make you want to come back. The time I visited was a quater til noon and only had 4 customers bunched in a corner to the left of entering the door. Mind you it was two different groups bunched in that corner with the rest of the starbucks being empty."
