"They give you fries instead of nuggets for part of your drive thru order. Then when you have to go inside to get the correct food, they throw the extra fries away instead of letting you keep them for their mistake."
"The gentleman at the drive through on 12/27/23 at 12:45 a.m was SO PLEASANT and patient with me. I just flew into town and was on a four hour delay and nothing else was open so the lines needless to say were LONG and I was beyond tired. He answered so many of my questions and gave me suggestions without having an attitude. I know having long lines especially when it’s the holiday season and most people would rather not be working can be stressful. I wanted to highlight the positive attitude because too often people come on here and complain."
