"We have been frequenting this Starbucks for 4 years. Toni-Ann was one of the first associates to provide exceptional service. We hope she is the start of a new trend at this location."

"Told by two employees that they do not have the order I'm there to pick up. Blonde lady tells me I just need to wait after I had already been there for 15 minutes. I tried to tell her that her other coworkers told me they did not have the order and she said just to wait. Would not even listen to the fact that they did not have the order or else the other employees were lying to me. Great way to handle your customers!"

"The blonde lady working in the drive thru today at 10:15 AM is really rude . I forgot to ask for oat milk in my drink so when I get to the drive thru , I ask if could get it done with oat milk and I apologized for the inconvenience , she goes , “uh….. yea ?” And rolls her eyes at me . She turns to her c o worker who is doing bar and tells him “she wants it done with oat milk” and throws my drink dramatically and I understand that that was frustrating for bar come on guys .. learn some customer service … Then she brings my drink out and they were so mad that they didn’t let the espresso stir my white mocha … on top that , as I’m waiting for my drink to get re made , she turns her back onto me and starts going on her phone"

"The people are nice enough, but the service is painfully slow! Even when things are slow you still wait 30 min for one coffee. They don't even start making your coffee until you get to the window, then the Starbucks employee disappears as you watch people moving around doing anything but making your one coffee! This used to be a great location but has severely gone downhill. Now, I drive out of my way to visit better operating stores in Roswell."

"This Starbucks is very charming. There is ample parking on the side of the building. Or if it’s very crowded Walgreens is in the next parking lot so you could park there as well. If you’re in a tall vehicle like myself. You may not be able to go through drive-thru as the clearance is only 8‘3“ tall. The inside is very nice. COVID note: If you’re doing a mobile order there is a person handing out orders at a table in front of the counter. I have been here twice and the drive-thru is very busy. Cars down the drive-thru lane and coming from both sides of the side street. So you have to merge in with one another. I suggest a mobile order instead if possible. Both times my iced coffee was somewhat weak but I’d revisit because it’s it a good location"
