"I have never in my life of getting Starbucks in 30 years. Have I waited in drive-through for a hour for one coffee? I understand it was busy but you might want to consider hiring more people because it’s very frustrating having to wait in line that long for a coffee. And the drive-through set up is horrible. I had to get out of my car a few times to tell people to stop cutting in line."
