"Staff was rude, unhelpful and had an elitist air about them (interesting considering that their attire was not consistent with the clothes they were selling). My mom wanted to purchase a top but when we got to the counter the clerk told us the top had been incorrectly marked down. Clerk called the manager over who said she couldn't sell the top at the price it was marked and that it was actually $20 more. We left. Don't think I will be back since there are plenty other options in the area."
"I love WHBM and shop there frequently until now. The East Cobb store in Marietta (Avenue) has to have the rudest employees I've ever dealt with. Even the manager is awful. I have gone to so many WHBM around Atlanta and had amazing service where they dressed me and made me feel like a million bucks- not at this store. I've been to the East Cobb store about 10 times and every single time it's the same- lazy, bad attitude, eye rolling group. They make me feel like I'm a complete inconvenience and I get a sick feeling before I even walk in the store. I was so upset at my last encounter, that I vented to another store next door at the Avenue and the manager told me that she gets customer complaints at that WHBM on a regular basis!! Ridiculous. I hate that I can't shop there bc I really love the clothes."
