"I had previously left a 5 star review here be a use of a nice customer service. However today I was served this extremely moldy English muffin! It had been toasted and had butter put on it but they still served me this. Totally unacceptable! I come here every day with mobile orders sometimes twice a day but I will not be back here ever again."

"I hardly got any bacon on my bacon avocado toast,priced at $5, why are they being stingy. My coffee had more sugar than what I asked for. While I was at the store. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he would kindly warm up the snakin bacon and then the manager came over and told me they are not allowed to do it. I explained I get sick when I eat it cold. I understand the protocol but if I'm a paying customer asking for a 5second warm up, why am I being argued with. EVERY VISIT there's always an issue here. Instead of arguing with a customer just take the 5seconds to burn my bacon so I can leave happy. ALSO don't be stingy on the bacon avocado, if we're paying for it."
