"Honestly not sure these folks know what a bagel is supposed to look like or taste like. Here they are shaped like a wide/thin donut with a huge hole in the middle. If you order a breakfast sandwich you’ll end up with 40% of the toppings inside the hole and not on the bagel. Super dry and tough. Just seems like they are being lazy and cutting corners when it comes to handling the dough and forming the bagels. It’s a shame because I live down the road and am from the northeast, I’d visit a quality bagel place at least once a week if it were even decent. This place’s bagels are not."
"Worst than Einsteins. They don’t cook NOTHING! Everything is microwaved except toasting the bagel. It’s disgusting! Who the heck wants to eat microwaved egg patty that’s supposed to be fried hard! Who wants to eat funny tasting pre cooked bacon from a pack? Who wants to eat pre cooked pork sausage patties that taste terrible? They even microwave the darn hash browns and they were soggy and disgusting. This is why I stopped patroning Einsteins."
"Very cool place to get bagels. Their sliced nova is pretty good. They make ice from coffee so it won't dilute the coffee you get."
"BF and I got breakfast here today. Service was quick and the food came out perfect and hot. The bagel was huge so I ate half and saved the rest for later. Still tasty later. They had juice and coffee you can order as well."
"Welcoming atmosphere, good menu selection, friendly service, clean & open space, and even a nice little selection of boardgames to stay and play, but the boiled bagels are so chewy & difficult to bite into especially messy as sandwiches, the hash browns seem like they've been waiting on a warmer for hours. The best thing I ordered was the dirty chai, flavorful & smooth! I'm hoping to try other things on the menu, but the bagels & hash browns were a miss for me. I really want to love this new place!"
