"So I’m at the register about to checkout and I asked to use the bathroom and the cashier tells me it’s not for the public.. Like huh? I’m spending money at your establishment make it make sense"
"If I could give zero stars I would. I felt my refund was held hostage at the register because even though I was returning one item with a receipt refunded back to my card, they wanted me to give my full name, address, email, and phone number to get my refund. On top of that they started emailing me right away and I didn't want to be on their list. I feel like it should be some way to sue companies that solicit your information this way, I will never shop there again and I still haven't gotten my refund."
"There were security tags on the shoes directly on the zipper. I could not try them on. I ended up not buying them. There wasn't a great selection of merchandise available. I will not go back to that location ever. Rainbow at Greenbriar mall is bigger and better."
