"The sales team at the Avenue West Cobb is fantastic, but if you have a billing issue the bank in which Lane Bryant uses is awful to work with ,I've talked to everyone got to the people at Comenity Bank they seemed to think a person couldn't have made a mistake on my billing statement, hope you as a customer never need to talk with Comenity Bank they will only give you the run around. A not happy Comenity Bank customer"

"Very good customer service. I wasn't able to find exactly what I was looking for. They helped me locate the correct size. They only had one in stock but ordered what I needed and had it sent to my home. This store is a bit out of my way, but I will be back."

"This has got to be the worst Lane Bryant store in Metro Atlanta. I was not greeted when I walked in the store nor did the associates care that I was there. I was going to purchase some items but everyone ignored me. Not one associates said Good morning or even a hello. The store wasn't even busy. This was not the first negative experience I've had at the store. About a month ago, I visited the store and the manager was harassing her employees to hustle with the sales and make customers open Lane Bryant cards. She said this loudly so everyone could hear. She was also discussing how much money the store had made for the day. I don't think that's appropriate to be talking in front of customers about. The manager checked me out that day and kept pressuring me to open a Lane Bryant card. Even though I repeatedly said no. She did not want to take no for answer. She's a very nasty person.I will not visit this Lane Bryant ever again and I will stick closer to the one in Atlanta where they actually care about the customers."

"Excellent service, polite, kind and attentive workers with an eye and ear for details. Buy one get second 70% off is a great deal. Though original prices are a bit scary. Am not use to buying that much at once. They have an excellent selection of plus size clothing and thankfully some is as modest as I would have wished for,... something I had doubted when I first walked in but was very grateful to be wrong about! Thank you Lane Bryant."
