"I returned an item and they ordered me an exchange item, when I returned it, even though I paid with my Talbots Credit Card I was refused a Credit on my card. I was issued a Merchandise Credit. I had to call Customer Service to get a credit to my Talbots Card. So unnecessary."

"Not much assistance compared to when I opened my credit account there last year. Two sales people just mostly sporadic checking people out and stocking. No one else in the store the last 15 minutes I was there. They were just chatting with each other behind the register while folding clothes. Saw me going back and forth to fitting room but never followed up.For the pricing here, service is paramount. No help in the fitting room like my previous visits. I had to show her what I was looking for in the catalogue as she said they did not stock the skort and they did. I will go back to Alpharetta Talbots where they still make you feel like a valued customer or Ann Taylor where the salespeople are very helpful and not just cashiers."

"Wonderful experience shopping here with my friend who is handicapped. We found many beautiful items for her from the large selection of exceptional clothing. They didn't have her size in one blouse so they called another store, found her size and had it shipped to her home. There was also a complication with her account and they resolved it pronto. What a pleasure to shop here."
