Dunkin'

"First off you have to place your order on kiosk 100 people behind the counter, but not 1 person asked to help. I couldn’t find what I was looking for on the kiosk and the manager stood behind the counter looking at me. I finally after 5 minutes just selected what I could find not what I wanted. When my name got called she said don’t forget your bagel bites. I don’t order bagel bites I never left the coffee screen. I said no I didn’t order those the manager looking at me from 2 feet away well you paid for them… ok well I obviously didn’t mean to not sure how I did but ohh well. Not a single offer to remove them from my order. If I’m ordering from a kiosk and using the machines I think whoever has to do that deserves an employee discount I’m not a Dunkin worker! Poor customer service and the stupid stuffed bagel bites are cold"

"Ordered a hot chocolate and it was the worst thing I've ever tasted. Extremely watered down and had not a hint of sweetness to it. It's like they didn't care. And we asked for our pastry to be warmed and they did not do that either. Worst experience ever. I hate feeling like I've wasted my money on food and this was that kind of experience. Very disappointing."

"They seem to not get the orders right. Manager seems to NOT care. Too problematic. As we continue to hear. "I am sorry!" It should never excuse you from continued mistakes at each visit. If you hate your job find one more fulfilling. Don't take it out on the general public when we spend hard working money and to continue to receive the wrong order and passive behaviors. BOYCOTTED ALL LOCATIONS."

"I do my best not to stop at this Dunkin Donuts location. Unfortunately, its the only place nearby to get breakfast food. I don't write many reviews but tell myself every time I leave this place that I need to write one. The employees are rude, and the service is horrible. They force you to use the self-serve kiosk and never look at you. The franchise owner/ and or management staff is the key issue. Employees have come and gone, and the moral/ service stays the same no matter who works there. I Have been stopping in and out since it has opened. Nothing has changed."

"Terrible donuts. Terrible employees. What a terribly run business. Zero acknowledgment coming through the door. No one to take an order… just a computer kiosk. Waited 7 minutes… staring at the back of heads waiting for them to pluck TWO donuts out of the case. And the donuts were just lame. Half of the icing/sprinkles was missing from my kids donut. About the only thing they got right was having the door unlocked and the lights turned on. 0/10 would not recommend."
