"The COVID restriction is fine but in order to admit the next customers the associates have to stop talking long enough to let people in. The max is 12 but counting associates there were 8 in the store. When 2 customers left the associates were unhappy that I let myself in, they certainly noticed that. . . Will not be going back."
"ive been in many times and everyone was always very nice. they have a great selection and everything is very reasonably priced. the staff is amazing. the only issue is that its very crammed but the space given makes it understandable. would like to see more items related to the lgbtq+ community. things such as more pins and shirts. not much to choose from when it comes to lgbtq+ items."
"There was a sweater here I wanted so bad but they didn’t have the size I needed, but one of the employees were so helpful! I didn’t catch her name but she offered to first order it online for me (but it was sold out there too unfortunately) and then she called another hot topic to see if they had it so she could get it transferred to this one or put it on hold and me pick it up there! She was super awesome, hot topic employees here are always super nice!"
