"Ordered a MEDIUM HOT COFFEE, ADD BUTTER PECAN FLAVOR, 6 CREAMS... the lady that took my order was beyond NASTY & refused to heat my creams up so I got a SMALL COLD COFFEE FOR $3.63 but the gal at the window couldn't figure out my change because I gave her $5.13...she gave me back a dollar.... First order they made was an iced something..."

"EVERY TIME I GO HERE MY DRINK IS DIFFERENT. If you order a drink with no ice, they tell you that your cup won't be full. This implies that they have a recipe that they follow, but that can't be true because my drink is different literally every time. I order the same thing on the app every time. This place is awful, just go to Starbucks. It's right next door. THE ICED LATTE IS TERRIBLE"

"Drove 2 Miles off the interstate to grab a iced latte with mocha and caramel and also a sourdough breakfast sandwich. I requested the sandwich be cut in half in which they did. The problem with the sandwich was that they put all the bacon on one half. The problem with the latte was that they used a different flavor of syrup and it tasted horrible. By the time I realized it was screwed up, I was back on the interstate."
