"Well me and another lady got each other's drinks because they messed up the labels and they weren't even busy. The younger girl at the counter just looked at us like we weren't very bright. Like how dare us ask for a remake to have the right drinks."
"The worker was rude had no customer service skills. When manager was called over and I asked for money to be placed back on main card and took from small gift cards like I asked to begin with. He informed me that made no sense. I’m not sure where the customer service is and how it’s gone down hill so fast but I am very disappointed and furious on how I was just spoken too."
"Cold brew VERY BITTER 2 days in a roll. Every time the dark brown long hair boy who wears his hair in a bun is working the coffee is nasty, he races through the orders only does half squirts of flavors. when the young ladies are working its always good. I will not be using this location as long as he is work here. He also come with an attitude. This coffee cost to much to throw away. They did Remake my coffee 1x still bitter 2 x I requested iced coffee instead and it was weak as water."
"It’s annoying when the Starbucks worker who takes your order encourages you to NOT buy anything because “we are really backed up.” He told 3 people by the time we waited for our drinks (15 minutes or so) that they were “about 10 orders behind.” No “Thank you” no “welcome to Starbucks.” Just, “It’s gonna be about 15 minutes on drinks.” Well, it’s always at least 15 minutes on drinks at this Starbucks. Sadly, it will probably closed in a year because no one wants to buy from a company that doesn’t appreciate them and at least pretend that they’re happy to see them."
