"Do not buy anything from this place. They’ve been charging me for a dresser I never received and also sent my bill to collections but kept on taking payments from me. Now my credit is ruined bc of them and their shadiness. I made 3 payments before I found out it went to collections. They called me the other day wanting a payment and when I called them out the guy I was talking to on the phone acted like it was his first day and he had no clue what I was talking about"

"Sales representative was very attentive and helpful. Purchase process was easy. Only complaint, chair was not delivered as promised even after calling the store twice, however the manager, Chris, did make it right by getting the delivery made and refunding the delivery cost."

"Went 2/14/23 Inquire on ordering. a mattress . While there thought i I ask if they had any deals on a new bed ask the spanish sales lady 4 times she seemed not intrested in answering . So i left guess my money was no good. Went to Mark's Furniture in Chatsworth Bought a new bedroom suite they was glad to take my business and money got a good buy . Farmers i used them always had good experience after today visit if they dont want to take time its ok . I wouldve paid more for what i got at marks same stuff half the price . Farmers your sales lady costed you over 3,000 in a lost sale ."

"I bought a dryer. It is paid for and less than two years old. It has not worked in 6 months. The first two times they were suppose to come fix it they were no show. Today they were suppose to be here at noon. At 5:15 they showed up looked at it took pics and said it can’t be fixed. Try and see if the warranty will give you a new one. Man, I thought that was why I paid for all the warranties when I purchased it. Do not ever buy anything from them"
