"We purchased a living room set, a bedroom set, a sofa recliner and power loveseat recliner with their warranties. Every piece had issues from the start and they would not correct the problems even with the warranty. . After less than two years we threw out the livingroom set. We are using the power loveseat, but the manual loveseat doesn’t work. The bed frame is not right and there are gaps in the drawers and the cabinet in the dresser and chest. They just ran us in circles."

"Five years ago I purchased a leather recliner for $1k that broke during transit. I was talked me into another recliner, cloth w/massage. A repairmen was sent monthly as the electronics never worked and remained broke the entire first 12 months of ownership, That was just long enough for the inhome repair to expire requiring me to bring the chair into the shop and still with no guarantee it would finally be fixed. No resolve offered from management. I gave the piece of trash away for $15 to get it out of my house and will NEVER own another Lazboy. Don't mistake price for quality."
