"I have been here numerous times since they recently opened. I cannot rate the food as of yet but everything else seems great! The staff are prompt and polite, and the orders are taken accurately and quickly. The coffee so far has been amazing. The seasonal signature options are fantastic hot or iced. I stop here any time I am in the area. Keep up the great work!"

"I’m traveling and wanted to get coffee and reallyy needed to charge my phone. and just take a break from the road aw well. Unfortunately there is only one outlet in the entire dining area..And it is between the two bathrooms. I realize this is not supposed to be a rest stop, or a hotel, but it is a coffee shop right off the main highway. And from what I can tell it’s brand new! The one near my house was renovated recently and has charging pads in the bar and multiple types of outlets so I was really not zero customer outlets. Very attentive staff though"

"I have been here three times, and each of them have been nothing short of unpleasant. the first time, they messed up my order and gave me muffins instead of doughnuts and took forever getting me the right thing. The second time, i got a chai tea latte. these are my absolute favorite, but these from this dunkin’ literally taste like milk with a hint of cinnamon. and for $6??? that’s crazy!!! And today, the third time, i went and got a drink and croissant. they sat my food by the window and walked away. my food and drink sat there while two other employees were just standing there doing nothing. i sat there for five minutes just waiting for someone to take my money. ridiculous! train those kids better or get new employees! this dunkin is out of control!!!"

"Second visit to this location. First visit, I went in to order soon after the store opened for business. As everyone was new to their job, I waited until after my second visit to write a review. The first visit was chaotic, and the service was adequate. It seems the staff felt I should already know that they only make donuts once a day. The latte I ordered was short filled and very strong. The second visit was at the drive-through. The person taking the orders was polite and helpful. When I arrived at the pick-up window, they promptly processed my payment. Then, I waited a few minutes for my medium latte to be completed. The latte was large compared to a Starbucks grande. It seems to be a good value. However, it was strong like a French roast, and the milk did not mediate the flavor."

"Wasn't what I expected and they don't have lemon filled donuts and that's what I was looking forward to getting and I order fresh vanilla cappuccino and they spilled it and took forever making me another one and honestly I rather have one from MAPCO theirs are way better but they have plenty of employees and they are nice and the place was clean."
