"Terrible experience with this body shop. Took my vehicle in to get a estimate, was told they would handle getting the estimate to the insurance company. A week goes by don't hear anything. Insurance says they didn't receive anything. Try calling, no answer goes to voicemail. Insurance tries and tries to contact them. Nothing. Finally get thru, "yea, we sent it thru." I confirm the claim number. Week goes by again, insurance says they haven't received anything. Insurance recommends going to another shop, I was reluctant since I had used them in past, but after two months of no news I agree with the insurance company. Go to another shop get a estimate and it's all taken care of like it should be. This place is very unprofessional now that it has a new owner. I wouldn't take my Tonka Toy to them now."
